EU Consumer Withdrawal Policy

At Tendeli, we are committed to complying with EU consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This page explains your legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase if you are a consumer residing in the European Union.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party you indicate, acquires physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately, the period starts from the last item received.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision. Reimbursement will use the same payment method as your original transaction at no extra cost to you.
You must return the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
3. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (health/hygiene reasons)
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Personalized or custom-made goods
- Sealed audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines
