How long does shipping take? +

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across the US takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships — so you'll always know exactly where it is.

Is shipping really free? +

Yes — completely free, on every order, to any US address. No minimum spend. No fine print. We ship free because we think you should be able to try Tendeli without a shipping fee making the decision for you.

What is your return policy? +

We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. If your order isn't what you expected, email us at support@tendeli.store within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Candles that have been burned are final sale.

Where are Tendeli products made? +

Our designer lamps (Wavy, Drum, Farolito, Prisma, and Mini series) are 3D-printed in Brooklyn, NY from heat-resistant, corn-based recycled plastic. Our luxury candles are hand-poured in the USA using 100% organic soy wax. Our Airlux smart diffusers are engineered with cold-air diffusion technology. Every product in the Tendeli catalog is chosen by hand for quality, design, and value.

How do I care for my candle? +

For the best burn and longest life from your Tendeli candle:

  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn
  • Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn (usually 2–3 hours) — this prevents tunneling
  • Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Keep away from drafts, children, and pets
  • Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains

Your PARIS and ART candles come with a wick cutter — use it. It makes a real difference.

How do I set up and maintain my diffuser? +

For cold-air diffusers (Lunar, Lunar Elite, Jupiter 500, Venus 500, Jupiter 3000, Saturn 3000):

  • Fill the tank with your chosen fragrance oil (do not use water — these are cold-air, not ultrasonic)
  • Download the Airlux app and connect via Bluetooth
  • Set your preferred intensity and schedule in the app
  • Clean the nebulizer monthly with rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab
  • When switching fragrances, run the diffuser empty for 10 minutes before refilling

What bulb do I need for my lamp? +

The Wooj Design lamps (Wavy, Drum, Farolito, Prisma, Camp Lantern, and Mini series) are cordless and rechargeable — no bulb required. They have a built-in LED with 3 brightness settings and charge via USB-C.

The WallCeramique and ArtKiln pendant lamps use a standard E27 socket (max 60W). We recommend a warm white LED bulb (2700K–3000K) for the best atmospheric effect. Bulb not included.

The Wooden LED Table Lamp has a built-in warm LED — no bulb needed, just plug in via USB.

Can I order a gift set for someone else? +

Absolutely — and our gift sets are designed with exactly that in mind. During checkout, enter the recipient's address in the shipping field. We don't include invoices or pricing information inside the box. If you'd like to include a personal message, add it in the order notes at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card.

Do you offer bulk or business pricing? +

Yes. Our Jupiter 3000 and Saturn 3000 diffusers are engineered for hotels, spas, boutique retail, and large commercial environments (up to 10,000 sq ft coverage). We offer bulk pricing for orders of 3+ units. Email support@tendeli.store with your space requirements and we'll put together a custom quote within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? +

Email support@tendeli.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item. This is our promise, no exceptions.

How do I track my order? +

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Click it to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then email us at support@tendeli.store and we'll look into it immediately.
