We want you to love what you ordered.

If you're not completely satisfied with your Tendeli purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked, no restocking fees.

How it works:
1. Email us at support@tendeli.store within 30 days of delivery
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Your refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receipt

Conditions: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Candles that have been burned are final sale. Gift sets must be returned as a complete set.
