❌ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, the order may already be in processing. Cancellations within 24 hours are refunded within 10 business days.
↩️ Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. All returns must be approved before shipping back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged items. Items returned outside the 30-day window or without approval may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (up to 10 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 40 business days. All refunds are issued in USD. Customers are responsible for any foreign currency exchange fees.
📦 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement. Note: damaged packaging with an intact product is not considered damage.
🚚 Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
